Pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah Terhadap Pendapatan Margin Murabahah Pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Periode 2016-2018

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. The background of the problem in this study is the incompatibility of theory with the facts in the field in Murabahah Financing from 2016-2018 and the differences in the results of previous studies. Where the theory states that when many murabahah financing transactions the murabahah margin income also increases.This study aims to determine how much influence the murabaha financing has on murabaha margin income in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period of 2016-2018, there are several months that show murabaha financing has decreased but the murabahah margin income has increased in PT.This research is quantitative research, the source of data in this study is secondary data with the form of time series data of 36 samples. Data collection technique is documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with data processing used through the SPSS 23 program.The results showed that partially Murabahah Financing negatively affected Murabahah Margin Income with tithe value> t table (1,799 <2,032). The result of the coefficient determination determination R2 stated that Murabahah Margin was 8.7% while the remaining 91.3% was influenced by other factors not included in the study. this.
