This research discusses how usury in the view of Islamic jurisprudence.The method used in this research is content analysis.After conducting a long analysis, the results of this research show that the view of usury in Islamic fiqh is thus, it is clear that interest is not a price or an 'iwadh on loans, so it can be determined that interest is the same as usury.The majority of scholars have determined that the current interest system is a form of usury, so it is forbidden.
